2. Data we may process
Depending on the features you use, ShotPlanner Pro may process these categories:
- Name, email address and user ID to create your account, sign in and synchronize your data.
- Precise or approximate location for maps, weather, and solar, lunar and astronomical planning.
- User-created content, gear, plans and search history to provide the requested features.
- Device ID, other usage data and other data types for functionality and analytics.
- Purchase history to validate and restore Pro access.
- Other diagnostic data to detect errors, maintain security and improve performance.
3. Data linking and tracking
Name, email, location, user content, user ID, device ID, other usage data and other data types may be linked to your identity. Search history, purchase history and diagnostic data are processed without being linked to your identity under the declared configuration. ShotPlanner Pro does not use this data for tracking across other companies’ apps or websites, third-party advertising or the sale of personal data.
4. Purposes
We use information to authenticate users, synchronize gear and plans, provide contextual calculations and planning, validate purchases, maintain security, diagnose issues and understand in aggregate how to improve the product. Location is requested only when a feature needs it, and you can manage it in your device settings.

We retain data for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain the account, meet legal obligations and resolve issues. Specific periods may vary by data type and provider. When you request deletion, we will delete or anonymize applicable information unless the law requires us to keep it.

You can withdraw location permissions in system settings, sign out and request access, correction, export or deletion of your data, as well as exercise other rights available under applicable law. Use the contact page and identify ShotPlanner Pro and the email associated with your account.

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. Some providers may process data outside your country and apply their own lawful transfer and protection mechanisms. No system is completely infallible.
9. Children
ShotPlanner Pro is not designed to knowingly collect children’s personal data without the authorization required by applicable law. A parent or guardian may contact us if they believe a child provided information improperly.
