ShotPlanner Pro Terms and Conditions
Last updated: September 3, 2026
1. Provider and scope
These terms govern access to and use of ShotPlanner Pro on Android and the web. ShotPlanner Pro is a photography and video planning application provided by Enfocarte S.A.
- Address: Avda. 101, Edificio Manhattan Suite, Floor 9, Apt 9-C, Urb. Los Mangos, Postal Code 2001, Valencia, Venezuela.
- Contact and support email: contacto@socialarte.net.
By downloading, accessing, or using ShotPlanner Pro on Android or web, the user accepts these terms, the Privacy Policy, and relevant platform requirements. The iOS and iPadOS version utilizes Apple's Standard EULA referenced herein.
2. Requirements and license to use
Users must possess sufficient legal capacity or authorization from a legal guardian. Enfocarte S.A. grants a personal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use ShotPlanner Pro on compatible devices pursuant to these terms.
Copying, modifying, decompiling, redistributing, reselling, or exploiting the software is prohibited, except where explicitly permitted by mandatory law or applicable open-source licenses.
3. Free access and Pro options
ShotPlanner may offer free features and paid Pro features. Depending on store availability, Pro options include:
- Monthly plan: subscription renewing every month until canceled.
- Annual plan: subscription renewing every year until canceled.
- Lifetime purchase: one-time non-consumable purchase with no automatic renewal or expiration date for the Pro features included with that product.
A ShotPlanner Pro purchase does not include courses, hardware, other applications, or standalone SocialArte services unless explicitly stated in the purchase offer.
4. Pricing, currency, and taxes
Price, currency, frequency, and applicable taxes will be displayed prior to purchase confirmation. The binding price is the one shown by Apple App Store, Google Play, or the authorized web payment provider at checkout.
Amounts may vary due to country, currency, tax rates, rounding, or platform policy adjustments. Users should inspect the localized price before confirming.
5. Annual plan free trial
The annual plan may offer a seven-day free trial solely when indicated as available and eligible on the store checkout screen. If no trial appears on that screen, the subscription begins with the charge stated by the store. Monthly and lifetime plans do not include a free trial.
Starting a trial activates an annual subscription. Unless canceled before the store-specified trial period ends, the trial automatically converts into a paid annual subscription at the price shown before confirmation. The store determines eligibility, exact conclusion timing, billing, and cancellation windows.
Eligible trials grant identical Pro access as the paid annual plan. Uninstalling the app does not cancel the trial or subscription.
6. Renewal, management, and cancellation
Monthly and annual subscriptions renew automatically for identical consecutive periods until canceled. Cancellation prevents future charges and typically preserves access through the end of the paid period, subject to store rules and applicable law.
- Apple: Device Settings or Apple subscription management.
- Google Play: Payments & subscriptions or Google Play subscription management.
- Web purchases must be managed directly with the provider specified on the payment screen.
Uninstalling the app, ceasing usage, or deleting an account does not cancel subscriptions contracted through Apple, Google, or other providers.
7. Lifetime purchase scope
“Lifetime” denotes a one-time, non-consumable purchase without periodic renewals. It grants access to associated ShotPlanner Pro features for as long as the application remains available and compatible with the user’s device and operating system.
It does not imply perpetual access to hardware, future courses, cloud storage, third-party services, other apps, or separate standalone future products. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
8. Restoration and cross-platform usage
Purchases may be restored using the account from the store where they were originally bought, in accordance with Apple and Google systems.
Currently, purchases made on Apple App Store do not automatically unlock Google Play, nor do Google Play purchases unlock Apple App Store. Using the same email in ShotPlanner does not guarantee cross-store transfer. If cross-platform portability is introduced in the future, terms will be provided prior to activation.
9. Refunds and consumer rights
The platform processing payment applies its own billing, cancellation, and refund policies. Requests must be submitted through proper channels:
- Apple: reportaproblem.apple.com.
- Google Play: Google Play refund request.
- ShotPlanner Support: contacto@socialarte.net.
Unless store policies or mandatory legislation dictate otherwise, cancellation does not grant an automatic refund for already-billed periods. Nothing herein waives mandatory statutory guarantees, cooling-off periods, or consumer protection rights.
10. Professional usage and calculation outputs
ShotPlanner delivers technical calculations, estimates, and planning aids. Results may vary depending on equipment, calibration, entered parameters, environment, weather conditions, and device hardware limitations. Users remain exclusively responsible for creative, technical, safety, and production decisions.
The application does not substitute on-site inspection, manufacturer guidelines, professional experience, or safety protocols.
11. Availability, modifications, and support
Enfocarte S.A. strives to keep ShotPlanner available, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Disruptions may occur due to maintenance, security, connectivity, app stores, operating system updates, or third-party infrastructure.
Features may evolve to fix bugs, preserve compatibility, satisfy legal obligations, or improve the software. Access lawfully purchased will not be arbitrarily revoked contrary to applicable law or confirmed terms.
12. Intellectual property
All software, texts, code, graphic assets, trademarks, logos, and materials belong to Enfocarte S.A. or are licensed. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial exploitation is prohibited.
13. Privacy
Personal data processing is governed by the ShotPlanner Privacy Policy. Apple, Google, and other partners may process personal data as independent controllers under their respective policies.
14. iOS and Apple's Standard EULA
When ShotPlanner is acquired through the Apple App Store, licensing is governed by Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA), Apple Media Services Terms, and applicable law.
Enfocarte S.A. remains solely responsible for ShotPlanner, its contents, maintenance, and support. The information on this page regarding features and billing complements those terms where applicable, but does not override mandatory Apple terms.
15. Google Play specific conditions
When ShotPlanner is acquired via Google Play, installation, billing, and subscription management are subject to Google Play Terms of Service. Google determines offer eligibility, processes payments, and governs cancellation and refund procedures pursuant to its policies.
These terms do not override or restrict mandatory Google Play conditions or applicable statutory consumer rights.
16. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Enfocarte S.A. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from tool usage, inaccurate user input, third-party failures, or production decisions made without adequate verification. This limitation does not apply where liability cannot be excluded by law.
17. Amendments to these terms
Terms may be updated to reflect legal, technical, or operational developments. The revision date is displayed at the top. Material changes will be communicated reasonably and will not apply retroactively to acquired rights where prohibited by law.
18. Governing law and contact
These terms are interpreted pursuant to the laws applicable to the provider, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections provided by their country of habitual residence. For inquiries, support, or claims, contact contacto@socialarte.net.
